Audio Dubbing Project (Fall 2019)
This project was my final for the Sound Design Focus version of VIST 284. In it, I demonstrated my proficiency in Adobe Audition--the digital audio workstation we used throughout the course-- by recreating all of the audio from a scene of my choice. Cartoons are rich in music, sound effects, and dialogue, so I chose a particularly rich scene from Spongebob Squarepants. Besides getting to practice some voice acting, I was able to match the sounds and musical mood by manipulating free samples from the internet. It was quite tedious, but it was incredibly fun and conducive to my comfort with the software.
